What data we collect and why
We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly, and only to respond to your enquiry or to send you a quote.
Contact form
When you fill in the contact form on our website, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your question or request. We do not use it for marketing purposes.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Please refer to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy for information on how Meta handles your data. We use the content of your messages only to respond to your enquiry.
Email and phone
If you contact us directly by email or phone, we record only the information needed to handle your request.
How long we keep your data
We retain your contact details and messages for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 12 months thereafter. If you become a client, we keep project-related records for as long as legally required (generally 7 years for financial records under Dutch law).
Who has access to your data
Your data is not shared with, sold to, or rented to third parties. The only exception is the technical infrastructure required to run our website and email (our hosting provider, Junda.nl).
Cookies
Our website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking tools. The only cookies that may be set are strictly functional cookies required for the website to work correctly.
Your rights under the AVG/GDPR
Under Dutch and European privacy law (AVG/GDPR) you have the right to:

- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
